Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality education and training. However, if you find the need to request a refund, please review our policy below.

1. Pre-Batch Initiation Refunds

Students are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is received at least 3 days before the official start date of the enrolled batch. Requests made after this period but before the batch begins may be subject to a processing fee.

2. Post-Batch Initiation Refunds

Once a batch has started, refunds are generally not provided. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis under extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Ask4Trainings management.

3. Non-Refundable Lab Access

Any fees associated with dedicated lab access, certification vouchers, or specialized software licenses provided as part of the course are strictly non-refundable once activated or issued to the student.
