Course Cancellations

Ask4Trainings understands that plans can change. We have established the following guidelines for course cancellations and rescheduling.

1. Learner Cancellation Window

You may cancel your enrollment up to 3 days prior to the start of the scheduled batch. Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a full refund or a transfer to a future batch.

2. Batch Rescheduling

Ask4Trainings reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a batch due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment. In such events, enrolled students will be notified promptly and offered the option to join the next available batch or receive a full refund.

3. Corporate Batch Deferrals

Corporate clients requesting batch deferrals must notify us at least 7 days before the start date. Deferrals requested after this period may incur an administrative fee.
